Now, I know this isn't so much a fic, but it is writing related. Like... an interactive fanfic.

Anyway, I'm in a roleplay called Technicolor Kids With Acid Dreams. As the far out title suggests, it's set in the happening sixties. To be exact, it's set in 1967, which puts it as just about the time of Across The Universe.

Even though, technically speaking, it's an original rp, we're open to having characters from films/whatever so long as they come from the time. Of course, one of the first things I thought of was Across The Universe, since I was already thinking of how to turn Beatles songs into characters (Dr. Roberts: Easy. Yellow Submarine: Not So Much).

Anyway, if anyone where interested in playing anyone, that would be awesome. I do mean anyone, from Jude, Max and Lucy to Prudence, Mr. Kite, and Sadie. We're open to any of them. (Okay, I really want to see Jude and Max the most, but in fairness of being, well, fair, we'll say everyone is welcome!)

Title: Lonely People
Author: cabeza_de_ollo
Rating: T for language and situations
Characters/Pairings: Max/OFC centric, Lucy/Jude, Sadie/JoJo, and children Max Jr. (Max/OFC) and Michelle (Lucy/Jude)
Warnings: None
Summary: A sequel to "Eleanor Rigby." (read A/N below if you don't know what I'm talking about). The story picks up where "Eleanor Rigby" left off and deals mainly with the issues of Max and Ellie's increasingly problematic marriage, Max Jr.'s desire to join the Army, and Michelle's boyfriend's deteriorating health.
A/N: For those who haven't read "Eleanor Rigby," it's not completely necessary that you read it, although you'll have a stronger connection to the OFC and a better sense of her character. Here's a link to it on FanFiction (it's 40 chapters long, so I'm not going to post all those chapters) if you want to read it:

If you don't want to read it, here's some background info:

The OFC's name is Ellie. She's from Boston and escaped to New York when she was twenty-one from her conventional life and parents. Despite moving to the avant-garde Village, she tends to be on the "plainer" side of things. She's often very skeptical of getting into messy situations and doesn't get too wild or emotional, although she tends to let her fiery temper get the best of her. Basically, "Eleanor Rigby" is Across the Universe with Ellie added into the group of friends. Of course, she falls for Max and in the end, the two end up with a son, Max Jr. Michelle is Lucy and Jude's daughter. The end of "Eleanor Rigby" is set about fifteen years in the future, so that where "Lonely People" begins.

Sorry for that ridiculously long author's note...I hope you enjoy this first chapter! Please read and review.

Title: DEAD
Author: lucycaarigan.
Rating: mm, I'll say PG13, just for swearing and violence
Disclaimer: I own nothing, except perhaps Pauline. Mr Starkey has no reference to the REAL Mr Starkey (no matter how grumpy he is lately[joking. kind of]) And everything belongs to themselves....blablabla.
Summary: Before ATU, Max-centric, Max/OC. Max has to deal with some of the worst things he could imagine; Princeton, which was forcing to leave the only girl that Max ever liked, Prom, which he was forced to go with the only girl he ever liked, and Death--something that was foreign to everyone.
Notes: Just a drabble, I was pretty bored. Not posted on fanfiction, so enjoy. Over at my journal!
